I had just left my lawyers office frustrated because I had only a week until my interview to gain my citizenship and I just found out it was going to be a much longer process than anticipated. I needed to get a USCIS I-693 Immigration Medical Exam first in order to even be considered. Living near the Charlotte Douglas Airport there were not many places I could think of that could see me last minute and fast especially those kinds of tedious exams. Once I arrived, the staff and doctor were very attentive. I had to fill out a few papers and was called to the back rather quickly which was great. I explained to Dr. Lyles my situation and they were willing to help me. These exams can sometimes take weeks to get back is what my lawyer was telling me but needless to say, 3 days later I received a call from CareFirst Medical saying my USCIS I-693 Form packet was ready for pickup. I was astonished at how quickly they were able to get it done and I was able to pick it up the day of the phone call. I absolutely loved the doctor, nurse and the staff because they were incredibly professional, effective, and caring. They gave me the opportunity to gain my citizenship by just having open arms and hearts to want to help me. I feel like I won the Jackpot by coming to this place because not only do they truly care about their patients but I found out they have many cosmetic spa services! Things like Botox, HydraFacials, laser hair removal, etc., and I already made an appointment because they offered me specials which were so appreciated. Glad I can count on CareFirst Medical Associates.
