Immigration Green Card Medical Exam
The American Dream
Many green card applicants dream of moving to America with the sole reason of getting better opportunities for their future and for their family’s future. Living on a land that is full of opportunities for a better life. In order to make those dreams a reality, a medical exam is part of the process. The USCIS I-693 medical exam is offered here at CareFirst Medical Associates and we want to make sure that you have the opportunity to achieve your goals of a better future, full of hope and optimism. We understand that this process can be long and time-consuming and that is why we wanted to help you so that you can be prepared and well-informed. One major component that we focus on to get you through the green card process is completing the USCIS I-693 application.
Take The First Step at CareFirst
This is not like any other physical exam but instead it involves a basic history, vaccinations, lab testing, and medical evaluation. The I-693 application requires that your immunizations or vaccinations records are up to date and also that lab testing is done to check for communicable diseases. The I-693 medical exam determines if you are eligible and medically cleared to receive your green card and become a United States citizen. USCIS Medical Exams include tests such as STD screens for gonorrhea and syphilis, tuberculosis testing through bloodwork (skin testing is no longer allowed as of October 2019), and immunization verification if you do not have any vaccinations records.
